Chest should touch the ground.Legs are to be stretched out.
Rest your head on the arms.
Close your eyes and slowly breathe deeply to enjoy benefits of this asana.

Do not sleep by lying down in this asana.
Coming Back from asana:
Slowly bring your legs close to each other to your body.
Bring your hands closer to your body.
Head should be straight and slowly raise from the floor by turning to right side of your body.
Slowly open your eyes by blinking it and with a cute smile in your face.
