Benefits of Makarasan Yoga Posture
Makara means crocodile and this asana seems almost like a crocodile floating in water.This is a relaxation asana which can help every yogi’s body to have some rest after a practice session.In yoga,giving appropriate rest to each body part is essential and hence makarasana is well used for body relaxation.

Take a mat and lie down with head placed downwards to begin this asana.
Chest should touch the ground.Legs are to be stretched out.
Rest your head on the arms.
Close your eyes and slowly breathe deeply to enjoy benefits of this asana.
Try to relax each body part through thsi asana.
Do not sleep by lying down in this asana.
Coming Back from asana:
Slowly bring your legs close to each other to your body.
Bring your hands closer to your body.
Head should be straight and slowly raise from the floor by turning to right side of your body.
Slowly open your eyes by blinking it and with a cute smile in your face.
Body will get refreshed from this asana.
